Return Shipping Cost

For customers in Ireland: Return shipping is free for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For all other returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

For international customers:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and once approved, a refund will be processed to your original method. 

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Currency exchange differences and international bank fees are not our responsibility.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost toyou.
