Recently, I was watching a documentary where a guy tracked his device that was sent to a recycling plant in Germany and ended up in Thailand where workers were disassembling the parts and being exposed to toxic fumes. This leads to the question about how much of our products are really being recycled and ethically.

Based on this data, if an individual got their mobile phone at 10, then they would own around 20 phones in their life and according to the same source, In 2022, 169 phones were disposed of every second.
